First Floor Walls

The guys are really rocking this week. They go on vacation Friday and will be getting started again on January 12.

The block wall you see going up is the water tank that will be under the bodega in the garage.

KC off on a Visa run

well guys im off to the caribe/panama to do a little visa run so i can get a new 3 month visa...wont be in guanecaste for a week ...talked with steve and he knows and all is good with the project as it is full steam ahead...hope everyone is well...pura vida..kc

Block/Footing Outline

Hola Familia...Things keep moving forward as you see..The boys already poured there first footing to get them in line to start stacking numerous layers of block around the footprint of the structure as they get themselves ready to pour the next major footer/foundation once they reached a certain height....Hope all is well with everyone...take it easy pura vida from CR..kc

This is facing south, we have cut in the driveway and will use this for access during construction.

Here we are laying out the house with the architects.
