Container arrival

Container accesing the turn up to the hammer head..
Bob on top of the container around 6 am hacking a few limbs off a tree that was a lil bit to low so we did a lil trim job for the truck to make the turn..

Last thing out and surely awaited by bob..pretty tricky coming down the ramp but #4 handles it well
A container emptied and a garage packed of everything...and almost all of that has been dispersed throughout the house to the rooms where they all are supposed to go...
Must say you guys did and incredible job on packing things and mapping everything out to where they go is just amazing...I can't believe all the things that are in all the boxes..its just wild...Pretty well thought out and a lot of effort you guys put into it...im pretty sure other peoples container activities probably haven't gone as smoothly and planned out as ours...Grrreeeeaaat job you guys and give yourself a big pat on the back..talk soon and will put some interior photos up when there's not a mountain of boxes everywhere....love kc

Jack n jill bath.....Again the bath room is not this color blue look in the last blog as thats a more true color....MY flash shots kinda just blew colors way out of their true colors..

New lights y mas

The constructed frame of the screen room....
The original lights as preferred arrived and were put into place...ties in nicely and of course matches with staircase chandelier and dining table light

Looking into living/dining room with all windows and sliders in...
Looking into the kitchen...Granite has been put in and finished and looks really good...Great choice....It looks a lil dark in this photo as there wasnt to much light getting in and i wasnt shooting with flash...Kitchen has a great feel and good flow i think.... good call on the island as well...
Tried to get a close up of the granite so you could kinda get a feel for it...Its got some great colors and some of the veins running through it are pretty deep
Pass thru window slab...The brackets supporting it (obviously)will be painted black to match the ext.hand rail..
The Wall bath vanity area...You can see where we placed your hand towel ring as well in the right side of the photo you can see the start of where we put a towel bar as well

Iron work

View looking up at the hand rails on decks upstairs and down
hard to see in this photo but u can see where the hand rail ends/starts even with the edge of mud room wall

Interior hand rail on stairs...still a wood cap to go on top of hand rail for a better feel as well as tie in nicely with stairs
Cool view of master balcony iron work as well as the the window iron work..Can really get a feel for the curve in the railing and i think its a great touch to those added on balconies
Chill out zone hand rail...Just was trying to show detail of hand rail as well as curve/pattern
Mud room door with are littlesun and rays on there if you can see ..kinda shadowed..and notice the dragonfly sconces
just wanted to show the type of safes going in the master closets as well as downstairs closet between rooms...
Alot going on at the house this week and should have a better bigger more detailed blog post at end of week with all the new progress that is happening...

Window and electrical progress

the chandeler above the island..i had them hang it as low as the chains that it came with would let us...

Well thats it for now..This upcoming week some if not all the iron work is going to be applied to the house as well im sure most of the windows and sliders should be completed...And hopefully a jump on the screen room...so will have a nother batch by next weekend with all the progress this week has to come....
