Roofing Time

I 'm a fan for sure...think its gonna look good with the other roofing color...will upload other color of roofing as soon as they have one done up

2nd Story Wallls

Hey guys..
Start of a new week here and this is what the boys have accomplished since you been gone as far as block work..Steve,Doug and I made a decision as you can see in the first 3 photos and that is to have the wall space above the dinning room window and both sliders out to the two front porches be framed in for windows that would be a couple basic sliding windows in those areas that would create more natural lite and air flow ventalation..One of the crew members had blocked in one side and it just looked like to much wall and over powering and thats when this decision came up...What do u think...the cost difference is relatively the same for either block or windows and it can always be blocked in later if you guys dont like the above window trip...
Other than that all good..Meeting with Andre this am and gonna go over his rough draft of plans for erosion and water controll...Take it easy and have a good week...kc

Parental Arrival

well just wanted to put a quik post up of the parentals trip to Costa..
just want to say it was really great and special to spend some time with you guys down here as well as exciting to be walking through the project and making corrections here and there and making decisions thta will benefit the future of the home...I'll put another post up at end of week of the new progress..but they almost have the whole upstairs blocked up to a certain height where they can start with the roof here in a week or so...pretty amazing..
But thanks for all the great meals,laughs and time spent together...Looking forward to many more when we all can kick it..love you guys...kc
