Frnt door entrance tiles were laid this week
Chill out zone tiles as well but lil problem with the mortar so they are redoing this zone with the same tiles and a better setting mortar..Looks really good though when completed
Apaint sample color in the girls room...What do you think...photos a lil dark color is a bit lighter than that.
Gonna have to be deciding on a couple small retaing walls here shortly.Left side of garage by shower and as well to left of front door where you can see the lil bit of slope...
the bodega door in the garage was put in last week...will send you guys email but there is a few minor questions as well...
The upstairs closet between the 2 bedrooms mor e closer to walls side did we want a door on that for like say a possible linen closet or just open with open shelving?Safe in hear as well?lil over board?
Safes in master suites i know are a go.But placement?Inside your closet up above your shelves or on the ground?
Garage door i know i talked with nancy and bob during their visit and recalled double swinging steel doors that swing outward?Correct?

Hey Case - thanks for being on it - this is the time for sure. My 2cents...upstairs closet - definitely good as linen closet - would want some type of door and with shelves for linens - perhaps adjustable? Safe in master closets - I think Nancy is forwarding design - for simplicity, thinking we'll do the same in both - I would prefer safe on ground for ease of access. could be higher level, as long as I can get into it without a ladder. Garage door - is this the car entrance door? If so, I think they have to swing out - no? x0
Oh - also, if color in girls is lighter than depicted I'm cool with it. Defer to Nan if she has any other thoughts - I would like to see color you're thinking for other room - Nan said a blue of some sort?
And we'll get more info on retaining walls? If outside of budget, cost info would be helpful.
